Next Meeting and Book Choice

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, June 22nd at 6:30 pm. We will be discussing Tom's choice this month which is World War Z by Max Brooks.



We will NOT be meeting in July and August. Check back here in the beginning of September to see when our next meeting will take place. It will be Nick's choice in September.

Review of The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor

I think it is a good book.


Emma: I thought the Looking Glass Wars was a wonderfully different side to the original Alice in Wonderland.

Mike: I loved how the looking glass wars was an amazing twist to Alice in wonderland. 5

Tom: I think Unwind is a gross book. My rating is a 5.

Emma: Unwind was a disgusting, yet fascinating story. I'd give it a 4.

Ben: This book was really good and scary.5

Mike: This book came in strong and kept going. 5

Sam: Great book. Lives up to the motto "save the best for last". Not something to read before going to bed. 5

Tom: I think Bone is a funny book. my rating is a 5

Emma: Bone is a funny story about little white creatures who battle the ugly rat creatures. I give it a 4.5.

Ben: It was good but not great. 3

Next Books and Meeting Date

We will be meeting on Tuesday, March 23rd to discuss two books:

Mike's choice: Bone Vol. 1 by Jeff Smith
and

Ben's choice: Unwind by Neal Shusterman



I have requested the two books for everyone on their accounts and you should be expecting them soon.

Jacob it is your turn to pick the next book for April. Please let me know your choice as soon as possible so I can get them for the next meeting.
